Ideal staff and food, I loved it.

The hotel was funky, fairly clean, I felt welcome. The room was immaculate and spotless, had a minibar, central heating and an iron with ironing board.

A very upscale hotel, my first choice in West Hollywood. I enjoyed the details, like location and staff, they were perfect. The room was stocked with nice view. Early check-in was a bonus. The restaurant was good with excellent meals.

Every part of it was very good, I loved staff and location. Large room, extremely comfy bed and huge bathroom. My stay was excellent here.

The staff are humble, the hotel is fairly clean and the breakfast is savoury.

I came here for 3 nights and had a real good stay. A good choice of food at the breakfast, I loved eggs and coffee.

It was spotless, with INCREDIBLE staff and location. Attractive lobby.

Staff was friendly, rooms were super, property was absolutely brilliant. Enjoyable breakfast, attentive service. The outdoor bar was good and the drinks were warm. I want to add that free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property...

outstanding meals, comfy beds, brilliant staff. the location was spectacular, central. absolutely superb view of city. it was nice to have complimentary drinks in the reception. there were strong internet and very convenient parking available.

Shame the bathroom was cold.

Crossroads is literally 300 ft away. A rooftop pool available in the hotel. West Hollywood district definitely deserves exploring.

a huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like the tower bar that was only 10 minutes' walk away. we enjoyed andaz west hollywood. west hollywood district won't disappoint you. honestly nothing to complain about.
